MegaStar Holdings began in 1999 with the inception of Megastar Financial, "America's Most Trusted Mortgage Company". Founder and owner, Anita Padilla, worked in the mortgage industry for over twenty years. She had a vision for the industry and put this vision into action with Megastar Financial. Her idea was simple, to improve customer service in regards to the real estate transaction. She did this through two tactics: creating a corporate culture of accountability and building technology that could move data efficiently throughout the entire transaction.
As MegaStar grew, so did the company. MegaStar Holdings now consists of Megastar Financial, MegaStar Real Estate Agents, and Take 3 Technologies. Megastar Real Estate Agents is an online service that connects consumers with qualified real estate agents. To become a MegaStar Member the real estate agents submit to formal service guarantees and are held to some of the highest standards in the industry. Take 3 Technologies creates programming and technology that makes MegaStar Holdings one of the technical leaders in the industry.
